मारपीट छेड़छाड़ स्त्री लज्जा भंग करने के आरोप, बिना कारण के क्यों हुई मारपीट पुलिस में मामला दर्ज

- मारपीट और छेड़छाड़ का मामला दर्ज पुलिस जांच अनुसंधान जारी डूंगरपुर जिले के वरदा थाना अंतर्गत टामटिया गांव की दीपिका पुत्री वेलजी बुनकर उम्र 26 वर्ष ने वरदा थाने में रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवा कर बताया कि 19 जून को शाम करीब 7:30 बजे उसका भाई लोकेश घरेलू सामान लेने के लिए सागवाड़ा गया हुआ था काफी देर से घर नहीं लौटने पर उसने 10:00 बजे मोबाइल से संपर्क किया तो लोकेश ने बताया कि सागवाड़ा से सामान लेकर मोटरसाइकिल से टामटिया माताजी मंदिर के पास पहुंचा तो उसे राम जी पिता मानजी बुनकर और उसके परिवार के लोगों ने रास्ते में रोक कर मारपीट शुरू कर दी है यह बात सुनकर दीपिका और अंजलि मौके पर पहुंची तो देखा कि लोकेश के साथ राम जी और अर्जुन हकर जी कचरू बुनकर और उनकी पत्नियों निवासी टामटिया उसके साथ मारपीट कर रहे थे जिस पर उसने बीच बचाव किया तो उसका भी गला दबा दिया और उसका टी शर्ट खींच कर स्त्री लज्जा भंग करने की कोशिश की और गाली गलौज करने लगे जैसे तैसे करके लोकेश को बचाया तो उसके शरीर पर ज्यादा चोटे होने से रात को ही राजकीय चिकित्सालय सागवाड़ा में भर्ती करवाया गया दीपिका ने बताया कि इस दौरान गांव के कुछ लोग भी वहां मौके पर पहुंच गए और अकारण मारपीट की घटना से उसके भाई को शारीरिक और मानसिक क्षति हुई है साथ ही गांव के लोग इकट्ठा हो जाने से आरोपियों ने उसे जान से मारने की धमकी दी है वहीं पुलिस थाना वरदा में सामने वाले पक्ष ने भी रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवा कर मारपीट और छेड़छाड़ की रिपोर्ट दी है फिलहाल पुलिस जांच अनुसंधान कर रही है।

Deepika, daughter of Velji Bunkar, 26 years, of Tamtia village under Varda police station in Dungarpur district, has lodged a report at Varda police station, stating that on June 19 at around 7:30 pm, her brother Lokesh had gone to Sagwara to buy household goods. When he did not return home for a long time, she contacted him on mobile at 10:00 pm. Lokesh told that after taking the goods from Sagwara, he reached near Tamtia Mataji temple on motorcycle, when Ramji, son of Manji Bunkar and his family members stopped him on the way and started beating him. On hearing this, Deepika and Anjali reached the spot and saw that Lokesh along with Ramji and Arjun Hakarji Kachru Bunkar and their wives, residents of Tamtia, were beating him. When she tried to intervene, they strangled her too and tried to outrage her modesty by pulling her T-shirt and started abusing her. Somehow, Lokesh was saved, but due to severe injuries on his body, he was admitted to Government Hospital, Sagwara in the night itself. Deepika, who was admitted to the hospital, said that during this time some people from the village also reached there and due to the incident of unnecessary assault, her brother suffered physical and mental damage. Also, when the villagers gathered, the accused threatened to kill him. At the same time, the opposite party has also lodged a report in the police station Varada and reported the assault and molestation. At present, the police is investigating.
