yep its value vs 9 or worse,since stefan is calling super loose OTR,dynamic overall is very agressive
I think T5o is a hybrid hand. It will induce some better hand to fold and some worst hand to hero call
97s is an suboptimal sizing that Stephan like to do IP. A solver will almost never chose to bet so small IP. But therefore he tries to take an edge by playing a situation nobody knows... It only make sense at the higher limits.

Best call 6:58 (all in call third pair, bad kicker 75) , worst call 5:42 (AK hero call with nothing) , weirdest bet 3:50 (Steffans 15% river bet with nothing, misclick?), 2nd worst 12:00 (what was the point of the river bet by Linus 105? thin value? folding out an ace?)
The last one by Linus, my guess is that was a thin value bet. We all know that Stefan is not a GTO player and might call lighter on some specific lines (like the first one you said), I think Linus tried to gain value from 9x, small pockets 55-88, and he had 5 of spade which increases his missed flush draw combos that turned to bluffs, induce more hero call from Stefan.
To 5:42 : Looks strange, but there are reasons for the call: He loses only to a 9 (?) , while he unblocks all of Linus' bluffs.
I find it amazing that people don't understand how rigged online-poker is. All they have to do is to play however, backed by sites, to draw more traffic and more rake.
