“This Will Happen Again” | Companies Slowly Recover After Global IT Tech Fail

- Businesses and services worldwide are slowly bouncing back after a massive tech outage caused chaos globally, exposing the fragility of our interconnected economy.
A bungled software update triggered the "unprecedented" outage on Friday, grounding flights, disrupting financial firms, news outlets, hospitals, supermarkets, small businesses, and government offices.
By Saturday, many services were back online, but George Kurtz, CEO of US cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike, whose faulty update on its Falcon Sensor affected Microsoft's Windows system, warned that full recovery could take weeks.
CrowdStrike has issued a fix, and Kurtz offered a "personal apology to every organisation, every group, and every person impacted" by the widespread glitch.

This is a perfect example of why cash is king. You can have all the cards you want. Try using them when it happens, and it is going to happen again, because this was NO glitch. This was a cyber attack. We the public are not fools.

@@davidkennedy8929there going release a virus 🦠 that is so bad..that people will be scared to use paper money, and then they will have control of all peoples finances... if u want what u have earned in your life..then u will have to be part of the only system..there going to be putting out..which is a shared global system kind of similar to IT Microsoft system was..except it will be a One World system used to buy.. sell..and trade..and trade in the economics system..which is the mark of the Beast...The systems name is The Beast..and anyone who Excepts the mark will get sores all over there body..and they will have hideous odor coming from there sinky sores..the elites will be litterly zombies..with unhealable stinky sores

So you're telling me if an employee at crowdstrike is having a bad day or is disgruntled they could type one extra chevron in a line of code and hit enter and the world grinds to a halt!

Of course it will, as sure as day follows night. The same for Pandemics and we no more prepared for it than we were for the last one. As it happens it is worse.
I am a little surprised by the seeming lack of contingency in place by the big boys.
This is the sort of thing the Tories would never have any contingency (for anything). Their attitude is "is it broken now?". If the answer is no then nothing is done. Why spend money on something that isn't a problem (now)?
Intelligent people see the nonsense in that attitude, but as I said, the lack of a backup plan by the IT Professionals surprises me. Did Crowdstrike not test their build before pushing it out to the world? Beggars belief.
@@27july1954 they did this is just a cover story for the masses . It’s literally in the name “ crowd strike “which is a WEF partner and invested in by black rock …. By the way before stuff like this is launched they will literally lab test in a controlled environment like a virtual machine before it goes live …. I mean why would you deliberately a tank your stock b screw up multiple industries .
