My uncle and cousin work there and I have seen the plant. It is unique how they put it together so fast. I was at the John Deere plant in Waterloo, IA and saw every tractor on steel wheels, that was weird because steel wheels were out dated. At that time JD was trying to make an 8 cylinder diesel engine. That block was unreal and the pistons looked like gallon paint cans.
That is one tour I'd love to take. I love Fendt equipment, and have for the last 40yrs. they always seem to have something new under their belt to surprise everyone. Thanks Brian for taking us there, hope the rest of the season goes well. From UK.
Lmao, when I started watching I was going to ask if they invited Chet so he could start buying the correct color green!!! Question answered... Perfect!!!

Thanks for your video of the new Fendt lodge in Jackson, Minnesota. Looks absolutely beautiful setup and am sure the factory was a technology center. Am glad you got to tour it Brian. Was great to see Doug and Chet Larson there in attendance. Fendt trying to lure them onto a Fendt tractor maybe. Good to see them. Thanks Brian for sharing your video with us. Was interesting. Rogator sprayers are amazing. We used to have deer SP high clearance sprayers and we had so much trouble with them we switched to rogator and had no issues it is such a nice machine to operate. Love those sprayers.
I know its a fine line between spending on a tourist attraction to spending to much and getting farmers to question if there making to much money lol but definitely cool to see
Wish we had an AGCO dealer closer to us. I’d like to give Fendt a try. Our closest dealer is John Deere (20min) & the 2nd closest is a New Holland (40min) dealer. There’s a Kubota dealer in the middle between these two. The Nearest AGCO dealer is almost 2hrs away. Been that way around here for years, there’s some older Massey Ferguson tractors around here but very few new ones. (Like 1 or 2)
Brian I hope you liked the area, I live just 5 minutes south of Arnolds Park in Milford. I wish I could have run into you somehow it would have pretty cool to meet you. My brother is a programmer with the robotic welders at the Fendt factory.
That depends on who takes over as an AGCO dealer in his area (Ohio Ag, which is currently their AGCO dealer, is basically dropping all of their Ag service at the end of the year).
@@karlrovey that was a joke. You know, humor. Odds are, they won’t buy anything until they need it. Then they will do what they always do, test and evaluate which is WISE. I apologize that you didn’t understand this was humor.
@@michaelsurratt9593 He does have a challenger going back this year (end of lease), so there is going to be a replacement tractor (and probably some demos) coming up. If there winds up being a good AGCO dealer taking over his area, there's a good chance we'll either be seeing a new Fendt or Massie-Ferguson.
Feel like if you’re going to put a “lodge” name on something it should consist of a little more than just taking all of the old Challenger stuff out of the factory showroom and putting Fendt stuff in it, and nothing else. lol
I was watching Wes from one lonely farmer he had over 10 flat tires in one day and found a deer shed in his front tire seems you and Wes are good at finding deer shed's in tires bud 😂
I went to Jackson for spray coupe training years ago probably the same factory but I would think it’s been heavily upgraded but there wasn’t much in Jackson except the factory and a great little steakhouse in a old church about 20 miles away was the best steak I’ve ever had

I can see you being invited since you own one, but the Larsons that’s weird, but they might be trying to get them to buy something because I realize Larson’s been talking a lot on video
Love the Jackson plant. Those 670 hp 2 track machines are awesome for pulling scraper pans. That's what I did with 'em for years. #KaylasBabyMaker #RossCountyShenanigans
Surely you knew before you left home you wouldn’t be allowed to take pictures or video behind the magic doors? So Who payed for this little foray into the hinterland of Minnesota? If you are sponsored by AGCO or someone you should advise as such. I have been there many times on business and have pictures to prove it, there is no secret sauce, just good people working hard to build reliable products.
I’m not sponsored by agco. They did pay my way to the lodge though. There was no expectation of a video but I thought it was pretty cool. I was hoping to video some of the factory but yeah that didn’t work out lol
Doug looked super thrilled.

Mn millennial farmer did a tour of that factory when was still making challenger 2 tracks there

kind of surprised Fendt hasn't made a bigger play in getting the Larson and Millennial farmer demos with what's made here in MN
Dealer support is pretty big my area! People know the inside an out of Older equipment. Makes it much easier

Great Video Brian, Great to see the common traits in that crawler shared with the challenger tractors obviously AGCO owns both, thanks for sharing
A great video for Memorial Day! Take care...
I toured that factory a couple of years ago and it is very impressive.
My home town.......wish I wouldve known you were coming to town
Larsons got the wrong shade of green lol
No, they have the correct green color.... 😅
Very cool. I did an internship at the Jackson plant back in summer of 09. That place has grown a lot since then!

They need a massey and fendt version of the 4wd challenger and hopefully a quad track
Congratulations on the invite.

It all comes down to their availability of local tech support.
Not sure why Laron’s are there. They don’t own one piece of fendt equipment
IFS in 1958 is kind of crazy.
My thought as well
Does this mean the Larsons are going to get a Fendt? What an Easter Egg! Lol
I was thinking it was a electric pole company.. 🤔
👍 thanks
Fendt is now the official tractor for NHRA.
Where in sioux falls does it say that sign?
I live Estherville Iowa just 20 min east of Arnold’s Park.

Larson's have a Terragator and they are customers of Ziegler's the Agco Dealer. They have bought several used tractors from Ziegler last few year's.
Sorry no agco equipment aloud on this farm
Definitely going to have to check this out…. I only live like an hour away
Larsons don’t own any Fendt equipment that I know of
Own 1 Fendt along with JDs. Really like it. Giving JD a run for the money!
I think they are the top two and everyone else is years behind
