How-To: SuperATV RZR XP1K/XPT Rear Bumper Install

- In this video I take you through the process of installing SuperATV's rear bumper for the RZR XP 1000 and XP Turbo models. The install isn't too bad to do, but I'd recommend having a buddy help out as a second set of hands to make things a little easier and faster.

I have the black textured color of this bumper along with the tree kickers and front bumper and I will say that they are outstanding products. Worth every penny. Super heavy duty stuff. And they look amazing. I couldn’t be any more happy with them.

Do i have to jack the rzr up in order to install it?
Michael Mosley yes because you have to disconnect the inner radius rods.
I watched this before I purchased and really should have watched it again before install. I didn't jack the RZR up and luckily didn't lose any digits when disassembling the radius rods. Then my dumbass forgot the spacers before reassembling them. Consult the instructions and they show upper washer and lower in the beginning of the manual but when the picture of the spacer being installed during that stage they show a diagram of using ONLY lower spacers and none up top. Whoever whipped up that manual should be shot.
Tomorrow I'll go tear it down again and install thin washer at the top and thick on the bottom and hopefully things line up. What a clusterF.

Thanks again for the video Jason. Watched it again this morn then went out and disassembled and reassembled (no helpers, just me again) and buttoned her back up nicely. No need to wait to call SATV on the following work day. Great vid.
What did you use to hold the nyloks in place for the radius rods.
