วัฒนธรรมหลายๆอย่างของไทย กำลังจะกลับมาเฟื่องฟูมากๆอีกครั้ง ความทันสมัย ความนิยมทางวัตถุต่างๆเมื่อถึงจุดอิ่มตัว เมื่อนั้นมนุษย์จะโหยหาสิ่งล้ำค่าที่บรรพบุรุษได้สร้างไว้ในความวิจิตร งดงาม ประเทศไทยเรามีความอุดมสมบูรณ์ทรัพย์ในดินสินในน้ำ ภัยพิบัติก็ไม่ค่อยรุนแรงเท่าประเทศอื่นๆ ในอนาคตข้างหน้าไม่แน่เราอาจเป็นศูนย์กลางของอะไรสักอย่าง เท่าที่ดูหลายๆคลิปที่ต่างชาติชอบประเทศไทยเพราะคนไทยใจดี อาหารอร่อยราคาถูกถ้าเทียบกับประเทศอื่นแล้ว เราโชคดีมากๆที่ได้เกิดเป็นคนไทย 🇹🇭 มองในมุมดีๆ จะได้ไม่เป็นทุกข์🥰

“Khon”The performance of the highest level of Dramatic Works of Thai culture, is composed of various parts of The Country’s Legacy in artistic works such as Art Created Language, Fine Arts, Arts of playing Music, Dancing and Acting Arts. Hence, it is the most valuable and the most influential to Thai’s Arts and Cultures. This also shows that Thailand has been a highly civilized country that could conserve this valuable Legacy and passed on it to many generations until today, under the royal patronage of The Thai Monarchy. The Clear result is the Royally conferred “Khon” performances by HM. The Queen Sirikit which has been performed every year since the year 2009. Although, “Khon” has been developed, re-arranged and changed due to the development of Thai Social and Culture consistently; it still keeps its main format and the way of its performance with the main story of the Legend of Ramayana story. The performing format of Khon has been conserved and developed regularly. According to records, Khon used to be performed as KhonKlangPlang, KhonRongNorg, KhonNungRarw, KhonRongNai, Khon Na Jor, and KhonCharg, Once age and social changes have affected the art and culture into 2 significations, Khon reduced its role and importance. At the same time this affects the development of display formats such as KhonSalaChalermkrung, the Royal conferred “Khon” (KhonChalermPrakiati). These differences may be the result of the performance creator or investor. Another important reason is that most of the people lack the knowledge and understanding about the beauty, value, meaning and sense of the show, which makes it difficult for the audience to realize the full meaning, then it becomes just temporary entertainment. The Government sector should rethink and push through the education system, as an organization in which organize each Nation and Social cultural inheritance. Also they should seriously push and give support for Khon in educational institutions such as KhonRamkhamhaeng, KhunThammasart. Thus, it will help to conserve and lead the “Khon” to keep its Value throughout this modern and varied Society

If you refer to the influence of your Angkor wat age, it is acceptable for only some influence but not everything that you are trying to refer to. If you see the costume and head ornaments style of the Apsara dancing in Angkor Wat which so different from ours that belongs to your old art culture.
However, the costume and head ornaments of Thailand Khon is imitate from our Royal Costume which had been developing for a long time since Ayutthaya until Ratanakosin period. Such of these our own unique styles that you will never found them in your Angkor Wat sanctuary, certainly.
In fact, No one knows the details of dancing posture and music at all after its fall and collapse. All evidences were destroyed and disappeared in the wars ,especially in genocide war period. So, just only some postures of Apasra dancing appeared on walls, then could not represent everything at present time. While Thailand’s Khon has been developing consecutively until present. You should also accept the part of history that your Late King and some Royal family members used to live in Bangkok, Thailand during in genocide period and they had brought our Khon and dancing arts back to revive in your country afterwards. We have sent some Khon’s experts and teachers to assist your country reviving and developing your dancing arts. It means that your Lakhon-Khol also was influenced much from Thailand too. So, you should give respect to Thailand on this. If you can get back to see the interviewing of your Royal Highness MahaDhevi Princess as an evidence, you will understand this part of history.
Actually, in the olden days, the Royal families of Cambodian and Ayutthaya kingdom are closed relatives. The Royal family of Ayutthaya period also used Khmer language before transfer to be Thai language, finally, that’s why there are some Khmer Words still exist in Thai language especially Royal language.
Therefore, What or Which we was influence from Khmer, not only language, but also some architecture and art, we perceive and accept it undeniable. We dare to say this or that derived and influenced by Khmer civilization. Thailand never stole or copy from the others and claim it to be ours shamelessly. Please do not use the word “copy” to condemn the other. It’s unreasonable!
Thailand’s Khon is well preserved uniquely for a long time since Ayutthaya period, and developed in our own style. It is the Masterpiece of Thai Masked Dance. If you say it is a copy from you. I dare to say that I had never seen such a copy version better than the Original one.
You have got your own Lakhon Khol , we have got our own Thai Khon , our neighboring countries: Myanmar, Laos , Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines etc. They also have their own Ramayana version as well. All of us derived it from the Original version of India and developing in each own style.
