    Makes sense for Frontier to work with existing accounts and extend into the campus. They already have people that go on-site and they're familiar/trusted. So, handing over some of burden of managing a network to them and Nile is smart. It allows the IT team to quarterback versus performing upgrades, tuning a config all night, replacing broken cables, etc.
