I think BOSS and Ramaiya Vastavaiyya were not that bad films in terms of remaking. The performances of Sonu Sood and Ronit Roy sir in the respective films were good and in my opinion both films are good and are in my watchlist. There cannot be any comparisons to original especially Manichithra... scenario. In malayalam its about story and character first not superstar/hero or heroine. Songs too in malayalam original was not meant for romantic scenes or hero heroine dancing. Don't know what happened all the remakes either didn't understand what original movie and just decided to do whatever they want. I'll leave rajnikanth version out because a rajnikanth movie is a different category and cinema all together.

How can you forget Bhaagamathie which was remade in hindi has Durgawati m. In original there was Anushka shetty who made it a great successful movie with her performance while Durgavathi came and went. Another movie was original Kick starring Ravi Teja while hindi remake had Salman khan and we all know what happened to Kick hindi remake

I believe Bhool Bhulaiya is the best remake in the history of hindi cinema ❤️ But I think filmmakers should stop using already hit scripts for their remake . Rather they must use the films which did not succeed in box-office due to competitions with massy films. Ramaiya Vastavaiya's original nuvvu vastanante nenu vadontana movie is so beautiful I watched it more than 50 times on TV, siddharth and trisha's golden time that was. Just a suggestion if any non telugu audience didn't watch "bommarillu", just go and watch you won't regret it. The lead actors are siddharth and genelia, one of my fav family entertainer movie.

The thing here is that : it doesn't matters if it is remake, every industries have remakes but if someone is remaking some movie then they should be able to portray it successfully.
when compared to original ones, most of the hindi remake movies are damaged due to making scenes far from reality, like the actors wear more glamorous and unsuitable costumes with extra makeup, unnatural lavish sets that dont suit with reality whereas in south most of the films show near to original or natural potrayal of scenes

very talented filmmakers should make movies on the ancient history of magadha region (UP MP Bihar), on magadha kingdom, nanda empire, mauryan, gupta empire etc, unfortunate hindi film industry is being used for the glorification of marathi, rajputs, sikh people and there medieval history but the history of india and culture of india comes from the hindi heartland but since it was very far back and the region is currently not powerful and rich they will not make movies on them even tho all indian subcontinent has that region's influence through language, religion, arts, literature, famous personalities

I believe Bhool Bhulaiya is the best remake in the history of hindi cinema ❤️ But I think filmmakers should stop using already hit scripts for their remake . Rather they must use the films which did not succeed in box-office due to competitions with massy films. Ramaiya Vastavaiya's original nuvvu vastanante nenu vadontana movie is so beautiful I watched it more than 50 times on TV, siddharth and trisha's golden time that was. Just a suggestion if any non telugu audience didn't watch "bommarillu", just go and watch you won't regret it. The lead actors are siddharth and genelia, one of my fav family entertainer movie.
The channel so called "SOCIAL" is a very interesting and informative channel. Most of the videos made by Social is very informative and the voice of the videos explaination has no words. when compared to original ones, most of the hindi remake movies are damaged due to making scenes far from reality, like the actors wear more glamorous and unsuitable costumes with extra makeup, unnatural lavish sets that dont suit with reality whereas in south most of the films show near to original or natural potrayal of scenes

very talented filmmakers should make movies on the ancient history of magadha region (UP MP Bihar), on magadha kingdom, nanda empire, mauryan, gupta empire etc, unfortunate hindi film industry is being used for the glorification of marathi, rajputs, sikh people and there medieval history but the history of india and culture of india comes from the hindi heartland but since it was very far back and the region is currently not powerful and rich they will not make movies on them even tho all indian subcontinent has that region's influence through language, religion, arts, literature, famous personalities
