Pinkamena/Pinkamina Diana Pie is the full name if Pinkie from the Pies. It's not elvil, but sad, still kind Pinkie, who had thirst for warmth of relationships. That's why she has become a party thrower, to cheer up those who were sad as she used to be. It's kinda mercy, coz she has been always protecting Fluttershy socially in a very wise and hidden manner. She is not as simple as she seems. Pinkie is attending and I think her element is kindness itself to the core, not laughter. Besides, laughter can be different. It can be happiness, bravery, fun, excitement, love or admiring. Laughing at the face of your fears is more like bravery. But Pinkie didn't have fear because she was full of love, not bravery. And you all remember that the pillar of bravery, the pegasus ... Magnus, was the favourite hero of Rainbow Dash, the representative of the element of loyalty. And it is true. Cowards are the worst traitors. So I consider Pinkie Pie as an element of kindness and Fluttershy - as decent modesty and tolerance. I mean all the Mane 6 don't have traits only of their elements, they share most of the features of character, and all of them are protective, have mercy and so on. Even Fluttershy showed bravery many times. Concerning Rarity, Twilight, Starlight, Trixie, RD and Sunset - they have sth in common - vain, egoism, blandness, and they sometimes forget to consider feelings of others, they do and only then think. Moreover, she developed a totally new spell on how to search for gems which she taught Twilight afterwards. And both she and Twilight are vain, strong and competitive, so I don't see the reason why Rarity can't be royalty from this point of view. My point is that Rarity couldn't be able to give up on her art of fashion and her business, her vocation and hobby, so she would refuse to become a princess. Fluttershy would be to shy and refuse, though I think she could be the right ruler if others weren't idiots around and listened to her, coz Fluttershy is smart and wise, though she doesn't possess magic, but she reminds me young Cadance very much. Coz I think of real me and ideal me, but i don't know how I actually look like... but many men many minds, so I'd never get a stable objective characteristic of me from others. Each of us knows oneself better. :)

i was disappointed to see rainbow dash she was just so plain but when i saw flutter shy i was like 👁👄👁 i guess i was thinking that the roles were gonna be reversed if that makes sense. EDIT: i’m not saying Fluttershy wouldn’t be a cool or plain villain tho!
