I agree, the full match and not game, say, 4 then suddenly game 6 with the loss of game 5 from being seen. And whoever that one announcer is, he knows little about playing pool. He needs to just comment and explain the decisions the players are making and why they probably are making them. He shouldn't try to second-guess the shooters because usually, he doesn't know what he's talking about.
Great match, but I really hate how it skips ahead. I want to watch the whole thing! Kinda like getting into a book and turning 10 pages when it starts to get interesting 😩
It happens they are human. Also can be a bit contagious when you see your opponent miss an easy shot, there becomes more pressure on you to not do the same.
Loved it ! Does anyone one else want to see these great players shoot Texas Bar Room Style ? This is where you always attempt to make your ball . How cool to take it another step. If you obviously attempt a safety, it's ball in hand for the opponent. Yes, a whole different game. Shake it up .
@mfer.risitaselkaido8207 i wholeheartedly disagree. For me, safeties can be just as impressive as a good shot. You've never seen a safety and thought to yourself, how the fuq do they do that? Putting someone in an impossible spot to get out of. Or so you thought?
Yeah, I don’t know why he tried to rifle that shot in jacked up versus just shoot it in normal speed. I'm talking about the table length 9 ball shot, not the 50 yard line 9 balls he missed.
I'm of the opinion wnt (Matchroom Pool) needs to rethink the break. They moved the 9 to the spot and break from the box to takeaway or minimize the near automatic wing ball in the corner pocket. Well, now, the one in the side is pretty much automatic. I think they should go back to old school. One ball on the spot and NO template rack. Triangle only.
Whatever configuration it is, it will just take a few hours worth of tinkering before the pros figure out which ball will fall - and then the other pros will follow suit, thats the way it is.
it definitely should not. 1 ball to the side is much harder to break than the wingball which goes even if you're breaking with one hand, and controling the cue ball with the cut break is way harder than the old break, where the cue ball just stays in the middle. If you watch a match between the top players and lower ranked players the break looks completely different. The template should definitely stay to ensure fairness between breakers. The WPA 10 ball tournaments are plagued with cases of bad breaks due to the loose rack by the ref. Human error should not be a factor in such a tight-marginal game like pool
I think Chua moves the cue ball maybe more than he should. If you watch players like Nick Varner - he was really good in his heyday - Nick moved the cue ball the minimum amount to run a rack.
you cant be consider a goat if you are actively playing and miss the kind of shot he missed much more it is the 9 ball..my opinion only..peace .. respect to svb he is absolutely one of the finest😊
@@kandangayampremium348 i actually did try it and it did help with shots where i have to elevate or lean forward a bit (like jump shots or rail shots).
Does Phil Yates ever have anything insightful to say? All I hear from him is "This 9 ball will not be missed" or "Johann Chua will be delighted with that shot." Meanwhile Jeremy Jones is talking about whether to go 4 rails or 2 rails, how much speed vs spin to put on the ball. It sounds like they pulled Phil off the streets and taught him the rules of 9 ball one hour before the broadcast
because that's why it was made quarter finals not semi finals because all Asian players have been banned from European billiards which was announced previously
Congratulations Johan !!! Try concentrating on the game instead of continuously looking above at the shot clock. You lost an important semifinal match in Saudi because of that mistake.
I don't want this edited into highlights. I want to just see the full match uninterrupted.
I want to watch the damned game. Not just the highlights!
Same problem I had

Ceased watching after sitting through so many interruptions.😮
I love the sportsmanship in every sport, even they lose they still manage to give a smile and a handshake. mad respect for all of the athletes!
And they pat their thigs, on a good shot.
Time to show the world, Johann! You got this! Laban Pilipinas! 🇵🇭

I honestly don’t know how they can fk up production so badly and if they’re reading this FK YALL😂

WRONG TITLE, ITS SEMIFINAL..NOT QUARTER FINAL ❤
Title says Quarter final, it's a semi.
At 0:10 it says World Pool Masters, it's the European Open.
Are ya'll drunk?
Other than that they were correct though 😅
@@paulmckernan7518 Description is still wrong

I've never ever seen pro's of this level look so human. Especially, SVB, missing to "easy" 9 ball shots to bring it to 5-6

Congrats idol🎉🎉
Isn't this the Semi-finals??
Yes it is
Thought the same thing?
yeah
What gave it away?
tight pockets and fast table should be used in all pro events. way more interesting to watch.
Absolutely
yeah agreed.
Definitely the thigh pockets
What do u mean with fast tables compared with other tables used before? Just a question😁😁
How big are these pockets? 4"?

Wouldn't say that shane was not playing like himself at all
Dethroned? From what? Was he on a throne? It doesn't look like you understand much about pool.
What is the pint of these vids? Most of the game is just gone...
Why is Billiard/Pool not in the Olympics😂😂😂
It was denied again it has been on the ballot. Maybe in a few more decades
Look it up
You should've left more in on the first rack. I feel like I missed out.
