I have taken a Home Loan & bought Home which is registered on Mother's Name. I am paying EMI's from my account and bank has added my mother as a Applicant & myself as a Co-applicant. So My question is that can I claim tax deduction under IT Section 24 & Section 80C or NOT.
Dear sir, Is there any situation in which interest on housing loan can be claimed to unlimited amount for any particular A.Y.? Please clarify the maximum amount of deduction u/s 24(b) ? Somewhere I have read that it can be claimed to unlimited amount?
please help to solve this .its quite confusing to me: loan for the construction taken and bank charged 25k as interest but Mr X paid 21 k only. interest on the unpaid interest is rs 450. to repay this loan mr X has taken fresh loan and interest charged on this loan is rs 5000. Please help to compute mr X income from property chargeable, assuming NAV is 2lakh.

Interest on loan 30000 (25000+50000) hoga because interest on loan due basis pr hota h so 2lakh -30%of2lakh-30000 income from house hogi
What if construction is completed on 31st march
