Ingredients and preparation:
100g of cheese.
3 tablespoons of butter.
3 tablespoons of flour.
cook for 1 minute, whisking at the same time.
gradually add 375 ml of milk.
bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
add cheese and cook until completely melted.
6 eggs.
Salt.
pepper.
beat the eggs for 5 minutes.
gradually add cheese sauce.
butter on a baking tray with dimensions of 23cmx13cm.
bake in preheated oven to 180C (350F) for 30-35 minutes.
Serve immediately😊👌
