What happens when a vehicle has equipment (bikes, etc) kinda blocking the back plate with no plate on the front?
The plate can not be physically blocked.
Depending on the state they need to have plates on both the back and front.
Where can I get an affordable portable system or camera that can do LPC for a few hour a day and move it to another location?
