I can't believe people were upset over the Flash Sale.... really there are soooo many other things to worry about than that... Looking forward to the Flash Sale this week.....I am so happy you ordered Truman for me... I had originally bought him for the grand kids... But the other night I was so upset I got him & snuggled with him all night. So Truman is now mine...He will help me with my anxiety over my dad being so sick so far away....I really hope Scentsy will come out with some more of the weighted buddies.....thanks Shawn & Lisa for all you do for us...
I don't have any issue with the consultants who announced the flash sale, however, Scentsy should have put out some information so we didn't sit on-line for hours waiting for the flash sale to continue, especially when the website made it seem the maintenance was temporary.
Lisa, I must have missed something here because I did not read anything mean directed towards you regarding the cancelled Flash Sale. I expressed that I thought Scentsy should have communicated on their website so that the many of us were not sitting and waiting for it to take place. You are right, fragrance and a Flash sale is not a life and death situation, and it certainly is not a product that is a necessity but this is even more reason why Scentsy should have communicated with its customers during the cancelled event. Scentsy never did note anything, at the least an apology, that I am aware of. Most companies when they are having technical issues, not only do they make note and apologize on their website, some companies even follow-up with mass email distribution regarding the issue. I certainly do not find this poor communication the fault of any consultant, in fact, I personally think Scentsy left their consultants out to dry. What I am asking myself now is, do I really want to spend my $ with a company that operates in this manner.
Lisa, I just cancelled my Scentsy Club, etc. I wish you luck with your Scentsy consultant business. Your success with Scentsy is a reflection of your hard work and appreciation for your customers and you are deserving of it!
I understand the postponement totally. And actually appreciate it. I wish they would have put something on the website. I logged on after work and saw nothing. I was confused, thinking I missed it or it was a different day. It would have been nice to know at that time, as I was waiting to order some things I need replaced so I don't have to pay the extra shipping. I am excited to try Black Tie Affair! Wow! People can be mean if it doesn’t go their way… how shallow and inconsiderate. In case most didn’t know is that Scentsy’s R2, Australia have been experiencing very bad bad weather, lost power and continues to experience bad weather that is affecting their power grids. I hope they are all doing well! Im happy they get the chance to participate in the upcoming flash sale 😊
I’m ok with Scentsy fixing issues and postponing the sale, but it could have been communicated much better on the site. I literally rearranged my afternoon (normally I’m in the car line at my kiddos school at that time in the Midwest, but made other arrangements for that afternoon), and then to be told “we’ll be back soon” on the site with no details that the sale wasn’t even going to happen. It’s not a great way to handle the whole situation.
I was actually quite relieved the flash sale was postponed because I am tapped out and can’t afford it right now. I am impressed by the packaging for the Star Wars bars you shared. I am going to have to get them.

Seriously and I'm not trying to be ugly when I say it. I love my Classic Curve black warmer. Wish I had gotten it in the navy blue when it was available. I'm looking forward to the flash sale and as always your next video.

I was in line for the flash sale, & then it kept going from 50 mins to 51 mins back & forth. All the sudden it said thank you for shopping maintenance work (something like that). I called them up to see what was going on & they told me the site crashed, to many ppl on. At that time they didn't know when the flash sale was coming back.
Tatawine sunset brought me back to when we in region three had vetiver and sandalwood as a oil I’m still hardening like two drops of that oil 🤣🤣three of the tatowine sunsets went straight into my club
As Patricia Gaetz suggested, a better way would be to just add items to clearance at random times without announcing it. I think informal word of mouth alone would generate plenty of traffic for a specific update to clearance. To create a mad rush though that overtaxes the servers, makes people wait around online, encourages impulse buying because of the hurried nature, and then leads to shipping delays because of fulfillment overload seems like a situation rife with problems, not the least of which, annoyed customers. I really don’t like the fomo pressure aspect of these sales. It’s that which leads to flared tempers when things go awry.
