130-140 range is what you should see. Like I always say though, the difference between cylinders is more important than the actual numbers. Anything over a 10% difference can be a cause for concern.
I don’t know why you took out the radiator!? I’ve replaced my belts before, without doing that at all. I just removed the belt covers, loosened the tensioner, and swapped out the belts, and back in the road.

Does the passenger (RH) side cams not move at top dead center with the belt removed?
Negative, as long as you have the LH side locked using the tool I used in the vid.

I’m a fan of having more room to work. Pulling a radiator is pretty simple and gives you a reason to replace your old coolant at the same time.
