I’ve been playing a fair bit and got quite a few tips. 1. Like people have been saying the basic flow of the game is to get resources from the grassland cave then dry land cave then icefrost caves. They’re all similar but the skellys get harder. And make stairs to get the roof mats 2. Use dynamic floor to push it around the forest and it automatically destroys trees and rocks making farming very easy 3 if you put a used tool in a chest and break it, it renews its durability 4. Use the water to defeats enemies like the roller, brute and wolves. The latter two die instantly if they touch it. 5. Always bring a villager when traveling. They can farm mats but most importantly can fend off enemies while you do your thing. 6. Walking places gets very boring so try focus on getting glider, but there is a way to make a steerable balloon platform. 7 you can sometimes find brute shells in cave chests making killing them redundant 8 I’ve found heat/cold resistance charms are the best as you don’t need to take unnecessary damage/always eating snowberrys/chillis 9. like in minecraft you can set your bed outside a cave etc. if there’s a chance of you dying I’ll edit if I think of more
When you get into the desert and snow caves you have to have the trinket and the food to stay in them without being hot or cold and in the snow cave you also have to place a campfire down (unless there’s another way I haven’t found yet)
tips for caves: grassland caves will always be the easiest, sand is much harder, and ice will be the hardest. each unlocks new equipment that will be needed for the next type of cave. make sure to bring wood for stairs and floors although you can find some in caves if you run low. grapplers and gliders help a lot once you unlock them.

The best tip I have is don't go into the snow area. The cold can kill very quickly, especially at night. And every enemy is extremely tough, and can kill in one hit, even though my character has 7 hearts. Build shacks with a campfire and a bed and use them as base camps to wait out the night. And don't worry about getting the chest at the top of the mountain. There's nothing in it that makes it worth the climb. Only climb the mountain if you want to. Good luck!
If you get hot peppers from the dessert and eat them in the snow then you won't freeze also you can get charms that give you four hearts per charm (in late game)
Another pro tip: don’t place your bed in a lava cave because if you die then you will spawn in the snowy mountain biome which will have you walking for like 30 FUCKING MINUTES AND THEN YOU MIGHT DIE HALF WAY THROUGH YOUR JOURNEY AND YOU WILL TO START THAT STUPID SHIT ALL OVER AGAIN. Just don’t set your spawn point in a cave.

Pro tips if you want to repair your tools without having to keep making them. Put them in a small chest just before they are about to break. Then smash the chest and your items will be fully fixed!
7:41 its not just bolder...its a rock! also if you put tools that are low durability into a chest and then break the chest they will drop with full durability
tip for tool durability: always carry 6 planks with you put the tools in the chest break it with your hands and your tools' durability should be fixed. It can be glitchy in caves for exzmple so i recomend to build a platform or stair to put the chest on so your items dont phase through the floor.
You can feed animals vines or fruits by dropping it on the ground near them to bulk collect their drops. This lets you farm a lot of resources from animals by converting cheap materials into better materials. Big tip.

Tip for building: use snap mode. I think you have it unbound, but you can use it to make different pieces click to each other’s edges. It makes building quite bearable.
Tip for lightning: I wouldn’t worry about it, it doesn’t do more than 1 heart of damage when hit by it but I would recommend to stay inside when it lightning
make sure in caves to sneak (press c) because you can quickly get overrun by skeletons. the big dragon things are called brutes. also with the rollers if you hold your shield up when they do the roll attack it stuns them and makes them take 2x damage
Yeah if you run out of stamina in water you just die immediately, tip for travelling across the water is keep jumping and every time you jump out of the water move forward as when out of water you don’t use stamina so you can get 50-75% further than just swimming.
12:10 - I have no idea how he managed to get Durr Burger to join his village! Every time I tried, he kept saying "I don't have a bed"! I literally had like 4-6 beds (including my bed) and also built a full HOUSE for him (with a free bed inside) and he STILL refused! (💢)
Tip for almost broken weapons and tool: if you put your almost broken tool/weapon in a chest and then break the chest it replenishes the heath of that item(Can work on multiple items at once).

Tips The fastest way i found to farm wood and stone is by building a stairs beside them and brake it so it falls over and brakes the trees/stones USE you fist (you get 100% back wood from the stairs that you brake) I got 300 wood and stone in 20 min its crasy. Tip for farming: The farming only gets worth it once to unlock the grain mill in my opinion. I think the best option is corn that you can then cook bjut make a decentsized farm then every time you get a corn put it in the mill to get seed untill you have enough to fill up your farm. Then you can just use a porchune of the carn to replant then cook the rest for food.
Hey Lachlan if you see this there is a weird glitch in this. I call it the chest glitch. It’s where you put an almost broken item in the chest and without taking it out break it. It will pop out fully charged and ready to be used 😊
If you wan to farm wood and granite fast u can build 3 large foundations on top of each other and destroy the bottom one. Then you can push it around and when you push it against trees, the trees will instantly break and you can collect the resources. Also when your tools are low on durability just put them in a chest then destroy the chest and your items are fully repaired, so you wont have to make new ones.
If your sprinting on the last few second dodge and your bar won't turn red but instead will just regen very quickly Also try to look on the high bits in caves to find chests and bring a character along to help fight and against skeletons don't use the crossbow unless your aim is very good cause the spiders, scorpions and skeleton's are small and pretty fast glad to help Lachy your a legend

Found an OP glitch....put any damaged un enchanted tools in a simple chest made of 6 planks then break chest with fists it will heal all tools but will remove any enchants on them if they had any

So lachlan if you make a chest and break it repairs your tools and you get all the planks back so it's infinite durability. When you go into caves it automatically marks on the map where the cave are it holds marble and uncommon wood knockwood the hearts you get from the meat doesn't go away until you take damage. I would recommend you turn on visual sound effects because there's a boss called brutes that randomly spawn so you can hear it on your visuals before it kills you also make sure when you are building your base build walls and use campfires so skeletons don't spawn in your base different biome have different resources and different enemies with more health. Recommend you build log houses instead of any other houses because it means you have to gather 1 resource which is wood and the houses are very big also build a watch tower so when you unlock the glider that you get proper distance. When you run out of stamps in water it respawns you on land and you take a heart. hope this helped you and anyone else
Desert caves have volcano rollers. THEY EXPLODE. Lave doesn't kill instantly just takes half heart. Snowberry shakes one of the best items so far heals 10 hearts and gives heat resistant for 10 minutes!! Spicy burgers same thing just opposite
When you are able to get a glider, prioritise it , so helpful, Also when your going into ice stuff, ve SUPER careful, the ice rollers can do 10+ damage per hit, and the bone wolves can do well over 10 hearts per hit. Using a crossbow is recommended
Tips for Brutes: #1: Dodge Constantly #2: Fight Without Attacking to learn the Patterns #3: Use a Crossbow, Green one Best, STAY FAR #4: Lure it to the Woods, It's easier to fight there, Plus U get Massive Resources.
U can build ur own house or a mansion manually using the objects the game and ur inventory give u! Obviously it takes longer but it is totally worth it because you have so much more space and can shelter all ur mechanics! Yes it will take time but it is totally worth it! Try it in one of ur vids! U won’t regret it!
Meowscles is the best villager to get, cause's he's actually the strongest, he does more damage than the actual player! So bring him with you on adventures!
⚠Very Important⚠ Tip for building, when you want to place any type of block next to another block perfectly, hold rightclick when placing the block, it helps the build kinda snap into the side of previously buiilt build. sorry for the bad english.
Tip: the caves are a bit dangerous for hard-core but they are a must. Alot of skeletons spawn in there and there's a few spiders and a mob I don't know what the name is but very dangerous so you are gonna want some good tools and a sword and maybe a shield because the shield was pretty handy
If you break the trunk and stump of trees after they fall you will get more wood also I have collected every resource and item so if you don't know how to get something just ask the comments.
Tip: you can break things that you build with your hands its faster and you get the mats back as well including like crafting tables and stuff. Also the rollers you can use a pickaxe for more damage
You can get marble and knot wood which you use to make a tier two pickaxe then you can mine the white minerals in the plains cave aka marble. obsidian, copper, and alot more from desert cave and from snow caves you can get other minerals
Tips for getting rid of trees growing in or near your buildings You can actually use a shovel to break the root of the tree after you break it. This way the tree won't keep growing in the same spot
Conversely big trees grow back faster if you leave the stump. Leave a forest of stumps in your farming area & leave the little trees too but clear ground debris so more trees can spawn.
Tips: There is a bug where of U put ur tools that R damaged in a chest and break it they fully regen, plus whenever U break something made by U, U get all the resources back. Knotroot is found in caves and is the wood that is in spirals, requires an uncommon axe, then marble is the white rock in caves that require an uncommon pickaxe. Also the common health boosters aren't worth it, only go for the uncommons. Thank U for the amazing content, and thank U for the series, looking forward to it
My tip for the first episode is that brutes can die in water when they are fully submerged and will drop the scales idk about other hostile monsters 🤷♂️

hey Lachy here is a tip how to easy to get wood. Firstly cut down a large big tree when the big tree falls down you want to push the fallen tree into other trees they instantly break.

When going into caves, especially desert and Ice caves, bring multiple tool sets and lots of heals. In desert caves and ice caves you will need some way to reduce heat and cold respectively. Snowberries shakes which are just snowberries and milk are great for desert caves and spicy sandwiches which are just peppers wheat and meat are great for ice caves.
For anyone that doesn’t want it to be nighttime, raining, etc. I found a pretty simple way to get around it. Sleep in literally any bed, then leave Lego Fortnite and go right back in. It will go back to morning.
Grass caves = knotroot & marble Sand caves = bright core, blast core (you get this by killing small explosive crab looking thing), copper, obsidian & ruby Ice caves = iron & sapphire You also find “rough amber” on cliffs in the sand biomes (not beaches) and “malachite” on the ice cliffs in the ice biomes ( I may have missed some as can’t remember everything off the top of my head)
Tip: If you destroy things like the crafting bench and as far as I know all other placeable stuff you will get back what was used to make it, so if you wanted to move a crafting bench or grill etc just destroy it and recraft it rather than going out getting more granite
To save resources you can put all tools (including shields and crossbows) that are about to break into a chest (any size) and break the chest, they will all come out with maximum durability
Tips for defeating a hard monster (brute, wolfs,) find a body of water and lure that enemy into the water, it will immediately just die, I’m not sure why or how but it works!
The knotroot looks like light grey wood in the grassland caves and you need and uncommon axe to break it. Marble is the lighter colored rocks that are clustered all over the grassland caves on the walls and ceiling. Love ur vids!

You don't die it just teleports you to the closest land
if you actually watched the whole video you would know that you only lose a heart and get teleported to the closest beach

Tip: dodging has invinsibility frames so dodge into enemies to take no damage but also not have to chase after them after rolling away

Tip for building, when you want to place any type of block next to another block perfectly, hold rightclick when placing the block, it helps the build kinda snap into the side of previously buiilt build.

The best way to kill the rollers are making them roll into water, then they die instantly. This works with all types of rollers
Tip: the caves are a bit dangerous for hard-core but they are a must. Alot of skeletons spawn in there and there's a few spiders and a mob I don't know what the name is but very dangerous so you are gonna want some good tools and a sword and maybe a shield because the shield was pretty handy
Tip: if you put a weapon that has a low durability in a chest and then break the chest it comes out with full durability. Love your videos Lachy
tip: if you aim in while building you will have a much more precise building grid!
If you break the trunk and stump of trees after they fall you will get more wood also I have collected every resource and item so if you don't know how to get something just ask the comments.

Tip: you can break things that you build with your hands its faster and you get the mats back as well including like crafting tables and stuff. Also the rollers you can use a pickaxe for more damage
You can get marble and knot wood which you use to make a tier two pickaxe then you can mine the white minerals in the plains cave aka marble. obsidian, copper, and alot more from desert cave and from snow caves you can get other minerals
Tips for getting rid of trees growing in or near your buildings
You can actually use a shovel to break the root of the tree after you break it. This way the tree won't keep growing in the same spot
Conversely big trees grow back faster if you leave the stump. Leave a forest of stumps in your farming area & leave the little trees too but clear ground debris so more trees can spawn.

Tips: There is a bug where of U put ur tools that R damaged in a chest and break it they fully regen, plus whenever U break something made by U, U get all the resources back. Knotroot is found in caves and is the wood that is in spirals, requires an uncommon axe, then marble is the white rock in caves that require an uncommon pickaxe. Also the common health boosters aren't worth it, only go for the uncommons. Thank U for the amazing content, and thank U for the series, looking forward to it
Always upgrade your tools before going to a cave
If you want to destroy your wall then use your fists instead of your axe, your fists do 15 damage, but your axe does 2 😮
tips for healing : if you have low hearts then dont eat food, just lay on the bed for a bit and hearts will be regenerated in no time

hey Lachy here is a tip how to easy to get wood. Firstly cut down a large big tree when the big tree falls down you want to push the fallen tree into other trees they instantly break.
and also if you find a llama dont hit it you want to pet it so you can get all the stuff from it.

a good tip for now is to make a chest and put your tools in it, then break the chest and the durability resets.
Tip for resources: they always regenerate when you're not nearby, chests and resources in caves will reset over time.
Same with ground resources
You can ask your npcs to adventure with, only one at a time though, and when you dismiss them make sure to put them back to their jobs

When going into caves, especially desert and Ice caves, bring multiple tool sets and lots of heals. In desert caves and ice caves you will need some way to reduce heat and cold respectively. Snowberries shakes which are just snowberries and milk are great for desert caves and spicy sandwiches which are just peppers wheat and meat are great for ice caves.
For anyone that doesn’t want it to be nighttime, raining, etc. I found a pretty simple way to get around it. Sleep in literally any bed, then leave Lego Fortnite and go right back in. It will go back to morning.
Grass caves = knotroot & marble
Sand caves = bright core, blast core (you get this by killing small explosive crab looking thing), copper, obsidian & ruby
Ice caves = iron & sapphire
You also find “rough amber” on cliffs in the sand biomes (not beaches) and “malachite” on the ice cliffs in the ice biomes
( I may have missed some as can’t remember everything off the top of my head)
Tip for surviving: stay away from the really big stone monsters they are hard to beat until you have good weapons.😄

Tip: If you destroy things like the crafting bench and as far as I know all other placeable stuff you will get back what was used to make it, so if you wanted to move a crafting bench or grill etc just destroy it and recraft it rather than going out getting more granite
To save resources you can put all tools (including shields and crossbows) that are about to break into a chest (any size) and break the chest, they will all come out with maximum durability
Tips for defeating a hard monster (brute, wolfs,) find a body of water and lure that enemy into the water, it will immediately just die, I’m not sure why or how but it works!

The knotroot looks like light grey wood in the grassland caves and you need and uncommon axe to break it. Marble is the lighter colored rocks that are clustered all over the grassland caves on the walls and ceiling. Love ur vids!
Tip for resource harvisting use logs and boulders push into trees if possible and should break it or do good damage to the resource
tip for semi late game, get the equipment as fast as possible, the damage you take in the snow region is not fun and will catch you off guard
