- Carluke Station is sited on the West Coast Main Line, after the station the junction for the Lanark Trains diverts off and the next Station down the line is Carstairs heading south.
This videos sees Abellio ScotRail Class 320 or Class 318 working Glasgow Central to Lanark services while a Class 380 is working a Ayr to Edinburgh Waverley service. while Virgin Trains (Avanti West Coast) Class 390s passing through with services from London Euston to Glasgow Central, including one of the Class 390s number 390008 Charles Rennie Mackintosh. CrossCounty Trains Class 220 or 221 Voyager or Super Voyagers working service from the South West to Glasgow Central via Edinburgh Waverley and there even a light engine Class 66 from Direct Rail Services passing through from Motherwell to Carlisle Kingmoor and a odd TransPennine Express Class 350 Desiro working Manchester Airport to Glasgow Central. filmed 5th Noveember 2018

Does Class 385s sometimes stop at Carluke. And Transpennine Express Class 350/4s have been replaced by the Class 397 Civity. The Class 318s are still as reliable as well the Class 320s.
