An excellent conversation between two bright guys. I would love to understand which health benefits are compromised by which coffees, what to look for and avoid, and how Purity coffee actually compares on various parameters to other organic options. It's nice to know there is a very healthy coffee out there, but important for the public to know how to drink more healthy coffee in general. Also, understanding the health effects of various decaffeination processes would be interesting to the many decaf coffee drinkers out there. Please expand this topic.

I haven’t bought this yet, but this coffee seems top notch. The way you describe the processes shows that you’re truly knowledgeable about what you’re selling to the world.

ORGANIC DARK. THE STRONGEST BEST STUFF. BE CAREFUL AND MAKE SURE YOU EAT&DRINK HEALTHY TOO. Ditch everything artificial,GMO.

I just heard a very knowledgeable lady who is in coffee research ( for quality & health) says dark roasting destroys nutrients in the coffee bean. Might want to research it some more.

Actually at around 3:55 he mentions over roasting being a negative.
