We have these food halls opening up in my city and nothing matches the quality, quantity and variety on offer here. These people are fed like kings. I bet they bore their grand-kids with stories about the EPIC food they eat. 🤣

honestly would prefer to eat in this canteen than any 5 star restuarant, the variety of foods around the world are incredible and look so nurishing! i woul have the cuban sandwich with extra slices of beef, and some of those roast potatoes

Love how you recreate different dishes from around the world & add your own MrT spin/flair to them! 😊 Also your work ethic is a great example to your staff. There’s no doubt that you have stringent budgetary standards to meet - all commercial kitchens do, but you don’t resort to what many others do, ie buy in pre-made sauces / pre-packaged, pre-cut vegetables such as onions, tomatoes, peppers, salsas, salads etc. which you so often see in other kitchens less busy than yours. And don’t get me started on that liquid egg abomination purchased in cartons. 🥴🤢 . . . . Much rather watch MrT cracking real eggs 😊 Am still waiting to learn your secret on how you cut so many onions without dissolving into tears!! If that was me I’d be on the floor crying! Much admiration & respect 👏👏👏👏
Mr T. look up guatemalan shucos. is a Guatemalan street sandwich that I'm sure you can tweak and have fun with on that grill. Shucos is the Guatemalan name for hot dog, but the preparation is also out of the ordinary. Guatamalan Shucos are prepared with toasted bread and guacamole which makes them different from any traditional American hot dog
You're an awesome chef you always use fresh ingredients you cook your pork your chicken in your roast beef nice and fresh you make nice sandwiches wood chips in United States of America we call that french fries you have a good kitchen Maria your new number one you can hear her with the customers interactive she asked the most tiniest and sweet voice you guys have an awesome kitchen staff keep up the good work you make your customers happy all the time I like how you change everything you don't cook the same thing over and over again you always try something new
A tip for the cutting of the meat. Use the beef/pork ones on the far left, this way no drippings from the pork/beef gets on the turkey..I know some people are really harsh on that stuff lol My mother would lose it.

Hi Elias, my base bread recipe is 1kg flour (strong flour is best), 7g yeast, 20g sugar, 30g salt, 0.7l water. In this case poppy seeds too 👌😊👍
