Somehow I do not get to see all the properties of Source after copying the page. Like you are changing the table name from Notes to Tasks. Is there any particular reason why it is happening? Is there any tools/framework that can read and maintain Mod_plsql/apex procedures or packages. like SQLdeveloper / Toad can use to read and maintain Oracle objects.

problem solved, some mis-understandings, but this feature has been implemented in 19.2 Popup LOV, see the documentation on apex.oracle.com
