Somehow I do not get to see all the properties of Source after copying the page. Like you are changing the table name from Notes to Tasks. Is there any particular reason why it is happening? I see your screen is completely different from mine. Thanks

This is just like LOV in Oracle Forms which return multiple columns. in Apex popup LOV returns a single column value not multiple columns.
Gonna make a question but kind of already know the answer: Can we use a database other than Oracle? My guess it that not, but it doesn´t hurt to ask...

problem solved, some mis-understandings, but this feature has been implemented in 19.2 Popup LOV, see the documentation on apex.oracle.com
