We are getting a Fox Red Lab on March 17th! We bought most of his supplies from Tractor Supply. If you have one in your area I would check them out. They also have a lot of training toys, chew toys....etc. We bought a 42 inch Crate with 2 doors and a divider for $55.00. They have really reasonable prices. It is also where we bought the dog food and treats our breeder recommended. Good Luck with your new puppy.

Some things that were missing that I would get, toothpaste, ear cleaner, harness and a puzzle toy. The retractable leash is not good for training her to walk good. You want your dog to walk next to you otherwise they will pull you down the street which will be a nightmare to walk especially since she's a Golden retriever because they are big dogs. And the ingredients you have to watch out for are legumes/pulses ect I would look it up FDA and UC Davis haves articles on how they are linked to dcm. Anyways congrats on your puppy Luna!
Really appreciate the insight! We did end up getting a standard leash for training and will be getting the other items as well. We pick up Luna on Monday and plan to have a video out next week with her.
