If you shorten the axles a bit and shape all 4 wheels like this instead: _____||____ --\.........../ ----\......./ They will take the bent rails much better, since it will try to push itself downwards
... _"I am Johnny Knoxville!" ... Love it... I was thinking that if you was to apply a rubber tread to the drive wheels, you would get better traction on the rails giving you more speed. Also a scooter engine would also be better too, at least it won't try to drive away when you start the engine lol.
I loved Regina so much in metro. Awesome that you guys made this in real life! If you guys actually could somehow take it into a metro that would be insane.

I think you will find those rails are modern welded magnesium rich rails which don't warp as badly as the ol' bullhead stuff, your machine seems to maintain its gauge without any problems and locomotive wheels with the weight usually pulls the rails into line which is why they use these rails that last 20 years. If they were on wooden sleepers I think warping would be a big thing but those are modern concrete ones which last forever.
Wow, that's real life Metro Regina is great idea. But i think it would be much smoother ride if you upgrade it with headlight and rear light, horn, stronger motor, better flywheel and thicker chain, maybe gearbox with at least 2 forward gears and reverse, shock absorbers and what's most important: Proper rail wheels, instead of these crappy cart rims. I'ts a lot but it definitely worth it.

Well Deutsche Bahn and their competitors still have some of the famous "Taiga Drum" (M62) dieselelectric locomotives (not in regular service but to pull shiny new ICE trains while power outages) made in this factory (which was by the way cofounded by a Saxon fellow from the Chemnitz area). Sad to see it in this shape.
U need to put some smaller front sprocket and put some bigger sprocket for the rear shaft and it will accelerate fast. Just my suggestion. Btw good job and good luck.

The "vehicle" was too light, put rubber around the wheels.
@Loli4lyf it was good for the shaking

They need a clutch on the engine so when it's slow RPM it don't move but once you raise the RPM the clutch grabs and goes
