Despite the fact that am a yoruba guy and this is our culture i still discredit this level of gesture at a public scene from a sitting governor of a state. we should respect public offices by understanding the fact that the office holder represent the entire state and what ever he does in public either elevate or whittle down the moral of the people of that state. there are better ways to show respect and appreciation to the ex govt other than this. above all, integrity triumphs humility.
So shameful a thing to do in the public as a number 2 citizen of Kogi. To show appreciation is not by downgrading your office before a man that has left office.

Bello installed his stooges the new Ohinoyi of Ebira Land a former '' Warrant officer,'' in the Nigerian Army; the new Governor Usman Ododo. I have doubts if the new Governor will be there for long because the man who contested the governorship election with him Ajaka of SDP political party has gone to court and challenged him.
