Dr Azhad Moopan was the first person to make a big investment in Wayanadu by setting up a hospital and Medical college. Dr Mooopen and the Doctors working there now can have a world-class property to stay in. I think a luxury clubhouse will be an added advantage for the high-net-worth professionals and business community and planters in and around Wayanadu.
