- Pipe Bursting is a trenchless method of replacing buried pipelines (such as sewer, water, fiber optics and natural gas pipes) without the need for a traditional construction trench. "Launching and receiving pits" replace the trench required by conventional pipe replacement.
Pipe Bursting is less intrusive and less disruptive than trenching; with the added benefit of reduced labor and landscaping costs.
