Ok at 3:45 its the real ghost of Shanti Priya watching Mukesh and it"s so subtle that not many people actually notice it but she's wearing the same back outfit that she died in with the red flowers on her hair

there are lots of references to both era of Bollywood and also a little of of south Indian movies.

The first part has a lot of references who know Bollywood, for example, OP saving SP from the fire on the set was taken from a real Bollywood couple, Sunil Dutt saved Nargis from a fire on set end then fell in love and the guy they were impersonating to get into the theatre at the beginning was a real Bollywood actor (who didn’t really enjoy the portrayal) and so on so part of the charm of the first half are things like that.
