The phaser always sounds to me like a baby giggling. I noticed the white Corolla (?) that forgot to give way....I know this type of flow can be tricky for drivers who might be less attentive of lateral risks at signal controlled intersections, but I always wonder about the effectiveness of warning light systems in bright sun. LEDs in some lamps become, in effect, point sources, which often merge into a generally confused visual field, and being not synchronised, and the eye-brain system not integrating light intensity over time, the potential effective distance and motion indication of the system is not realised. In fact, it becomes nugatory.
