Savage_ wolfy Well with horses if a broken leg is really bad it's not like they can lie on a couch or sit in a wheel chair so it's harder for them to heal. In the cases of a really bad break its best to put the horse down instead of having it live in misery all its life. It would be painful for it to walk if it didn't heal correctly.
