I like that this is kind of like a television series! I have so much respect after watching the whole episode!! Please continue making more of these, as this one was fabulous.
I loved this video, I've started back riding now for nearly close to a year and these videos are helping me learn in a big way. It's good to see all the background work that goes in to eventing, managing a yard and the care and dedication you all have for the wellfare of the horse.
Wow please make more of these! I really enjoyed it! I also really appreciated the fact that we could see that even the top equestrians get nervous before rounds or during practice and shows. That helped me because Ives always felt like I'm one of the only equestrians that gets nervous easily, but hearing them talk about their nerves was like a weight taken off my shoulders.
i absolutely loved this behind the scenes look at your operation. i have so much respect for what the two of you have created and i would love to see more episodes like this to show your day to day activities!
I really enjoyed this video! I really feel like I got to know you guys beyond your teaching and I got to see you really ride. On that note, you both are phenomenal riders and I think anyone can benefit form your teaching. Keep up these vlogs!
LOVED this video, can't wait to see more. So great to see some behind the scenes stuff and a look into the day to day goings on at Schramm Equestrian! Awesome job guys!! :) xx
This is brilliant! Yes, please please please continue them. :) After college, I plan to be a working student like Stephanie. Maybe talk some of how you hired her and what qualities you look for in a working student/groom. Thank you for all you guys do for the equestrian community!
Thank you so much for making this you tube account! It is a major inspiration and a reminder on what horses and riding is about. I do not have a horse but I ride, when I don't I watch your amazing videos! Your lessons make me learn heaps and my confidence improves. THANK YOU AGAIN :) Also, I was your 70000 subscriber !
Fantastic show guys!! Love the vlog type of thing. Also love hearing the Aussie accents.. even if Boyd is now an american :/ Will be looking out for the next one!
One of my horses tied up 2 times a few years ago. Our trainer recommended using a Finish Line product called JC's X-Tie Up to help prevent an tie up episode- by using a tube of the paste once each month, and you can add an additional tube stop an episode if you think one is happening again. Another product we used was a powder called DMG 3000 and we also changed his diet to a low starch pellet- Seminole Safe and Light pellets. We kept him in consistent work while using a tube of JC's X-Tie Up paste each month, the DMG 3000, and the low starch pellet for the following 3 years we owned him and we never had any other trouble, so I highly recommend it!! Best of luck, I hope this helps!
Thank you for making this video!! It's so cool to watch you guys in a day in the life.. You are the most perfect couple EVER. OMG. Dom you're literally the best instructor! You're like my dream guy. And Jimmie you're such an amazing rider and I love your hair... I was wondering where your upcoming clinic is going to be? Maybe I'll just come to watch or something. Anyway, thank you for making these videos. I'm sure sometimes you probably don't feel like it but you are both my idols. And your horses=perfection.😍
Love this new take on an episode, can't wait for the next instalment! This should so get tv airtime, Horse and Country would love it! Lots of great insights - how everyone has problems that arise and have to be dealt with no matter what the level, and how well you guys keep level heads and keep looking forward to the next thing. Gutted about Bo, but good luck to Jimmie, and as I say, can't wait for the next video :)
+Nika Mulec Actually its an insurance thing. Adults are just that adults. You're legally considered to have more of a brain and be able to be give the choice. Children in all sports are generally always more protected and generally have to wear more complusory gear
Omg!!! Hope to see you in bromont!!! :) I live in longueuil (near mtl) and i'm planning on spending at least a day at the cci3* :) Best luck to both of you (even tho you have an injured horse that can't compete)
I am hopeing you guys could do a video on how to fix a kicking problem/ My new horse has been kicking at my legs whenever we try to canter him. Do you think you can give me some tips on how to fix it?
It may seem like she's kicking at your legs, but OFTEN (not always) it's just a "pigroot." Some horses do this when going into canter. It can be a balance issue, but I know mares that do it when they're in season.
A charity you should have a look at is World Horse Welfare! It's based in the uk but it's amazing what they do! They take in horses who have been abandoned/neglected and find them new homes:)
wish you two were still in Aus :( I'd love to bring my 5 year old to you guys for lessons. I've had him two years and due to injuries I've only just started taking him out and we scored 70% in our prep test last weekend. I can't wait to move back up the levels. it's the first time i've brought on my own young horse. love watching all your clips they've given me a lot of exercises to work on with my boy.
+LOVE-dat -PONY That doesn't happen at all in Australia. They are in america. The trailer they use in america is a free standing trailer where there is more room for the horse, so people tend tack up before they load up with those kinds of trailers.
I am so sad to see, so many horse channels I never had the chance to meet, specially right now that my english is good enough to understand, stopping of post videos. I hope someday they will come back.
I like that this is kind of like a television series! I have so much respect after watching the whole episode!! Please continue making more of these, as this one was fabulous.
i love this series! rarely will i find myself entertained for a 20/30 minute video, but i could watch these all day!
I love this! Thanks for giving this aspiring rider in California a chance to see into the lives of other equestrians!
The two people who disliked the video are probably the two people who tried to scam them with the trailers ;)
angelswave88 yeah probably because there is no problem with this video it’s amazing
Instablaster.
What gorgeous countryside!!!! I can only dream of such!
I loved this video, I've started back riding now for nearly close to a year and these videos are helping me learn in a big way. It's good to see all the background work that goes in to eventing, managing a yard and the care and dedication you all have for the wellfare of the horse.

I love Along For the Ride! I am sorry for Bo, Dom. I am happy though that they didn't make Bo keep going they let him rest
I know its a lot of work but I would really like them to do more of these episodes
They did
Quick question. You don't wear back protectors xc schooling is that normal over there?
For adults they are not so important :P Idk why the judges are always saying that ... maybe because they think adults have more control over a horse:)
+Nika Mulec Actually its an insurance thing. Adults are just that adults. You're legally considered to have more of a brain and be able to be give the choice. Children in all sports are generally always more protected and generally have to wear more complusory gear
I wish this was on T.V. :c

I am hopeing you guys could do a video on how to fix a kicking problem/ My new horse has been kicking at my legs whenever we try to canter him. Do you think you can give me some tips on how to fix it?

Could you do how to desensitize a horse? A horse I'm training keeps spooking at a tarp over a trick and I don't know what to do.
wish you two were still in Aus :( I'd love to bring my 5 year old to you guys for lessons. I know yeah! Im lucky enough to have am olympic rider as my instructor, but it would be great to have dom and jimmie!
Who is your instructor?
can i ask a stupid question of why you tack up in the float sorry im not from AUS so dont know
I think they do it so they have less to do at a show they can just get themselves ready put the bridle on and go(:

i was wondering if you could make a video on a few tips to help introduce a western horse to english riding. It would help a lot!
My friend bought her horse at the Bromont barn ;)
This is a small world :)
