Pretty much! I also really like it's design. In all fairness the enemies when it comes to models look really sick in this games! They may be lacking in animation department but We need to remember this was not a large team with a big budget. So even more impressive.
aaaah, people starting to found out who the crow really is :D lets see if you also starting found out that the Karon the author of the books who is, because he is kinda still alive XDDD
@@sataroth497 Hmmmm! Now I'm curious. Also the kind still alive seems to fit one person that we have met in town and I hope it's not him because that would be an awful play on Karon sounding a lot like Charon the ferryman of the underworld from mythology and we all know that he looks like an undead. There is only one undead that we've found...
until you dont know his moves based on his animations before casting and known some tricks how to stugger enemies or that after they start casting something and its now magic with auto lock thet you can go behind him and kick his ass from safe position, then it is really hard fights. ;)
Don't worry about it :) I had a good day that day but when I have a bad day you remember your first post. In that video I died about 8 times in one easy room xD. So sometimes its like that. Also did you also play on a gamepad? I use one and in my opinion it's quite good for these types of games and a bit easier than on a keyboard for doing some quick movements like panick heals which happen often in my case. But yeah the Goblin King was a no joke boss and the double goblin king in the arena was even worse! That one was awful.
I don't know I just wing it most of the time. I say that the first one or three times is for learning then we can fight the Boss for real. So a couple of deaths is a must to learn something. Sometimes you just have luck and it goes on the first try. I don't know any moves or animations and mainly try to feel out the enemy before going in with big attacks. The only thing I fear is what if the bosses will be a lot more quicker xD for now they attack but quite on the slower side. If I get a bullet hell boss it's going to be bad xD
about stats there is something that you would know: since in this video you were level 22 then there is a rule for stats of types: HP, STR, DEF, AGI (SPD) these have dimishing effect if you acumulate to them to much of points at once, the dimishing effect get to ON when you get 5+ more levels to them then is your actual level. That means that for level 22 in this video the dimishing effect will get ON on these stats at stats value of 27+ . The Dimishing effect is quite massive so be aware of that when you start invest to them (massive means that the values from stat points are reduced by 80%)
inside Karon book, you have options to boost each of elemental type of dmg, there is multiple ways how they works: 1) if you choose difrent type of element then the weapon have you add this way the element on any weapon you have in hands, 2) if you choose the same element you have on weapon in hands you by force make all enemies weak to such element, it is like you add to that element 100% pierce unblockable effect. ALso you have there unlocked Drunken Fist skill this skill boost your ATK and DEF values by half if you have equiped elemental type of weapon (later you will obtain Origin skill which do the same for non-elemental types of weapons).
Ooooohhhhhh the number 2 is very interesting. The number 1 I've actually thought since its logical but the 2 is great. I thought it may be a stacking bonus but not this. Good to know!
That's not how the elemental Karon Skill works, the way they work is they increase the Elemental damage of their corresponding element if the target is weak to it and this apply to both weapon and possession, for exemple if an ennemy is weak to fire and you have a Fire weapon or are using a Fire Possession with Efreet Karon Skill activate it will increase the damage dealt, to be more precise on basis hitting the ennemy's elemental weakness result in a x1.5 multiplier, the Elemental skills turn it into a x2 multiplier (so about 30% more damage), each Elemental Karon has no effect if you aren't using a weapon or Possession of their corresponding Element and/or if the ennemy isn't weak to said element, and there is no way to change an ennemy's weakness period. Origin also only increase damage from neutral weapon by 20% no effect if your weapon isn't neutral. Also that's not how Drunken Fist works either, Drunken Fist has nothing to do with element it increase your physical damage by about 15% and increase your defense when you are afflicted with a Statut Effect (aka Bleed, Poison, Blind or Paralysis).
@@nesoukkefka1741 That's what I thought when I wrote stacking bonus. I was surprised with what One described it's not very intuitional implementation of a quite common thing which are resistances. So Your description is more like I thought it works. Great! Drunken ingame description is the same as what you describe as well. It says it ups the dmg when under influence. Clearing this up will help others. Thanks :)
thx for the great episode, like always ;)
My pleasure! Glad you enjoy it!
FF inspired behemoth boss? Looks very much like it! I love the design

Ok now I'm all aboard the new Karon speculations! Also the Boss looked wicked!

I have a weird feeling about that one. I think I know but for now I don't know if I want to write it here xD To not spoil anyone else fun.

Damn, you're so much better than me. I died like a dozen times to that damn Goblin king and I was only on hard.

@@sataroth497 there is a lot of bullet hell bosses in later of the game, especiely behind 50% of the game. :P

Oh ok so it's a system to prevent overleveling and just brute forcing the current chapter like that. It's a good idea to implement.
