Of course, both are correct. But using V+ing twice should be avoided. Like:
A. I look forward to communicating with you in due course.
B. I am looking forward to communicating with you in due course.

If we put a noun or a pronoun after ‘ to’ and if the meaning becomes clear then we must use ing form after’to’.
