Fluid Bed Processor (FBP) uses for drying of powder and granules in pharmaceuticals. Hot air steam with high pressure purged from bottom chamber of the machine to create air cyclone inside the chamber. Filter bag provided at top portion of the bowl to prevent particles going in air handling system. These filter bags shaken periodically to clear powder stick within. Hot air with specific velocity generate turbulence in the product. Resulting to which moisture of product come down which is the main objective of Fluidized Bed Dryer.
Fluidized Bed Processing Spray Nozzle fitted onto top portion of the bowl for spraying the liquid with specific liquid media. Spray Unit consist SS 316 solution storage tank, Peristaltic Pump and SS 316 Sanitary Spray nozzles. Nozzles spray liquid on powder with pre-specified duration during the fluidization process.
Control Panel of Fluidized Bed Drying System consist Start, Stop, Emergency Stop buttons with controls for heater and time. Option of PLC HMI based control panel is available as per specific customer request.
Fluid Bed Processors, also known as Fluid Bed Multifunctional Processors, include advantages like high efficiency and little material usage. They can integrate top spray for granulation and coating, bottom spray for coating, and tangent spray for pelletizing. Granulation, drying, and pellet coating are all done in one fluid bed processing machine by Adinath.
