Great video. You hit so many points. I was in a guitar store, a salesman was trying to sell a FG800 to a dad as a starter for his young kid. Wrong in so many ways when there were better size options. I purchased the Yamaha JR for my granddaughter. She enjoyed it Thanks for these videos. Paul and Quentin are great ambassadors for music.
For someone new to these "mini" guitars, it would have been helpful to spend more time on the differences between a full-size acoustic vs. the Fender FA-15 3/4. You started touching on it towards the end, but could have spent more time comparing the two. As it is, I'm guessing that a full-size one (like the Yamaha??? Hard to catch name/model) would be better for me.
Nice inexpensive starter for kids. If the kid doesn't follow thru/loses interest ....no big outlay of $$ Can always move up to something else if they stick to it. Colors are nice too !
I think it depends on where you're going and how long you think you're staying. Whenever I go anywhere, I always plan for the chance of never returning.
kids ? well im a pro guitarist and i used it in the studio its not a pro guitar but it has something more than just a kids guitar
Buying one today so exited
Glad to see Fender creating a cool entry level guitar. Today's show made me appreciate my Fender F260S.

Quentin making comment about matching your 'interior decor'.Well that last one Quentin played matched his outfit perfectly.

appreciate you guys doing reviews of guitars like these that aren’t the MOST popular but fill a small niche for kids like meh
Fun video! One the aspiring kiddies should watch.
Kindly suggest some good travel 3/4 electro acoustic guitars under 20k INR.
Strum it open like kids would do lol
how does this compare to the jim dandy.? I have the jim dandy and it's really great for a small all laminate guitar. Same price range.
Thank you! 👍
The Fender is a 12 fret, so the scale length (fret spacing) is a lot closer to a full size guitar. Note how far back on the body the bridge is.
huh? 12 fret?
