Hello mam i am currently working as medical coder in Bangalore i did aapc cpc certificate in January 2023 i am working from january i was selected in campus and then the company itself paid everything fees of aapc exam i didnot pay anything i cleared exam also and got job in the same company but they have told that I should do compulsary of 2 years work in the same company i cannot work there so I am thinking to change work place to my native they say that certificate is in companies under 2 year after that it will be transferred to my name they are saying what should I do can you reply me please

Hi, you committed for this 2 years and then only they paid for everything and you got everything for free, so I suggest you to complete your 2 years.
Also your certification is still under them and they can block your certification and it will be a problem again.
2 years will fly quickly so thank God for all these free exam and training and work there for 2 years and then move anywhere u want.
Edit: I have a coder who had the same issue and asked me for help but that is already at the late stage where they left the company within 6 months and the certification was blocked and nothing could be done.

Next month interview irukkum nu sonnaga mam.. Romba interested ah irukku join pannanum nu.. But athuku enna padikanum & epti padikanum... Epti interview attend pannurathunu theriyala mam... Hi dear. Medical billing US project than da ma. It is ok ana salary wise growth irukadu. Ipodan college mudichirukinga, so neenga interview poi attend panunga. Anga medical coding irukanu ketu parunga and unga interest uh solunga, ena most of the companies la medical coding and billing onna irukum.
Billing ok dan but future growth konjam kamiya irukum. Attend panunga, side la coding padichitu move aga try panunga.
Interview preparation medical billing ku specific uh onum ila. So neenga personal skill and knowledge Dan avanga kita highlight pananum. Neenga fast uh learn panipinganu promising uh pesunale podum, enna fresher biller ku avanga training kudupanga.
