Wow!!! Another great video! Wondering if Rebag hasn’t announced the robbery because they are unprepared to deal with the massive amount of calls and requests on updates of these consignment items! They are probably meeting with their legal team to determine how best to handle it, what not to say, thereby minimizing the hassle that is inevitably heading their way!!! Sad for all the customers who are affected!!!
Also someone on here made a great point they don’t want the bad PR and other companies never announce robberies too. So they may not be able to talk about it. But they should let people know their store is closed

I think you are looking too deep into why Rebag isn’t talking about the incident. 1. It’s bad publicity 2. There is an ongoing criminal investigation so there is a lot of information that can’t be disclosed while it’s ongoing 3. They are probably dealing with their business insurance and that also requires company’s to be discrete per their contracts. Apple and Nike are being robbed often and they aren’t putting out any information in their websites or releasing statements so why would a smaller business do it? People just need to be weary and read the fine print when doing business with them.
Ask any convenience store owner who gets robbed at gunpoint - your boss wants you back in there the next day, business as usual. These corporations don’t care. They will keep taking other people’s stuff and making a profit.
I know you are talking about rebag but I had a lost shipment to the real real and they compensated me for the bags. Maybe they will compensate the items?

Mostly cause of the cost of it to file in New York and they will not cover my legal fees which on the low end would be the price of the bag almost 😒

The Rebag store in NYC was robbed 3 years ago also. I just had a bag from Rebag delivered today😮.
