When you have english-speaking foreigners that are about to have a meet-and-greet with Pacquiao expect it to be super awkward coz ofcourse Manny is not fluent in english. But this setup for the winner is not handled very well. They should make them feel comfortable atleast and offer them drinks or serve them food. The table setup is too crowded. They should atleast get a small table with Manny and someone who can talk with the girls while eating coz we know Manny cant handle a straight coversation in engish so they need someone, like Dianne to keep the conversation going. Those girls deserve a private moment with Pacquiao as winners of the Pacquiao Foundation. You can see the awkwardness from the start. You can tell its not well planned, they just put those ladies there for selfies it seems. The farewell is so awkward as well, Manny didnt even utter a proper farewell words for the ladies. No PR staff to guide the proceedings for the girls and Manny from start to finish. They just inserted the 2 girls there and made them feel out of place. So unprofessional. But it wont be that awkward if the winner is a guy, Manny's staff cant properly guide a female winner it seems.
