I was able to solve them all "correctly" according to the answers in the video because it was easy to know what answers were expected. However, whoever wrote the puzzles and their answers didn't get them all correct.
#9 - The actual correct answer is that we don't know what that fifth sister is doing because we don't have enough information. We don't know if there is anyone other than the five sisters in the room; Kate could have been playing a sixth person in the room; she could having been playing on a computer (or similar), either playing against the computer or an online foe; she could have been playing against herself for practice; other scenarios are possible as well.
#3 - Once again we don't have enough information, there are various types of bathtubs, and we aren't told the specific tub, not all are equipped with a drain and plug; some you would just tip over, which would then be the fastest way; some do not have a plug and can not be tipped, making the bucket the fastest option.
#4 is also debatable, think about it some more.
