If you get coffee from a real coffee place (and I don’t mean Starbucks), or you brew it with good technique, it’s not gonna be bitter, even when served black. If the coffee is brewed with good technique it’s gonna bring out a whole array of aromas. Every black coffee tastes completely different depending on the technique, bean, roast, grind, equipment, etc. It’s really quite addicting once you start to explore it, and not just because of the caffeine.
