Model Rocket 1st Launch Fail - RIP Arcas - Aerotech G

This was my 1st time launching any kind of rockets and we had an awesome time with the little one's. I already picked up a New Arcas and a 4" Zephyr that I'll be getting ready for my L1 cert in June

*Do you think that 1 ceiling joist would hold a 150lb - 200lb heavy bag? I'm thinking about using a 2×6 board to evenly distribute the weight between 2-3 ceiling joists instead of putting all of the pressure on only 1 joist. How heavy is your bag and has it since held up well or have you had any problems with your Outslayer bag setup?*
