I was never much of an Ethel Merman fan, but she bats this one out of the park. Thanks for the lyrics. I suggest one edit: "Give me drums that'll START that thump, etc."

I *am* a Merman fan. Ron Harris is correct: it's 'Gimme drums that'll START that thump-thump-thumpin' in my heart'. It's La Merm's heavy Queens accent; but notice the theme of the verse: wickèd thrills.
