I was getting frustrated with the clamping releasing when I let up on the foot pedal, and then when I watched your video and bent my spring #7 as you suggested all is great. thank you
I have a model 894 which is probably the same size as the 898. I think the difference between the two machines is the table/clamping. From floor heights: To top of assist arm 78" To top of main post 67" To top of mount/dismount arm 75" (fully extended)
Look at the parts diagram on my video - part #7 needs to be bent. I think once you look inside it will be obvious. It will easily bend with your fingers.
@@SportBikePC The machines work well. All Chinese machines are subject to the issue I had with mine. Literally it can be fixed in 20 minutes. I am very happy with my machine.
@@kirkkw yeah i seen how yours was, that didn’t bother me at all.. I’ve been using a No-Mar for about 7-8 years just tired of working so hard.. thanks for the response..

Great, glad I could help. How did you come across the video?
Good job . God bless you !
Thank you! You too! It continues to operate well.
What is the regulator pressure set on the side of the tire machine?
Just regulates pressure of air allowed to enter the tire machine. It also has oil to lube the moving parts operated by air.
How tall is the 898 tire changer from the floor to the top of the fully extended drop arm?

Please let me know if you had this issue with your machine and if you solved it.
Can you take the cover off and show the part the you bent?
