- Today I'm taking you guys to one of the best spots in Caracas to get some cachapas. We decided to try the cachapas with ham and fully loaded with traditional Venezuelan cheese known as queso de mano. These cachapas are on another level and a whole league of their own. So glad I tried these out but also a bit sad because I know I wont get them the same way outside of Venezuela.
