Champakadhama Swamy Temple is on the Bannerghatta Hills near Bannerghatta National Park in Bengaluru. This temple is one of the oldest temples in Bangalore. This temple is dedicated to Champakaraya(Lord Vishnu), Bhoo devi, Sri Devi. Govt of Karnataka is maintaining this temple.
This temple has historical importance and is believed to be existing from the Cholas period. According to inscriptions temple was built by Hoysala Dynasty. This temple has a temple tank named as Swarna mukthi Kalyani situated inside of forest, 1 Km distance from this temple. According to this temple Mystery story this temple was established by Pandavas.
