I'm really sorry you have been struggling with your mental health especially leaving the house. Last year I struggled with agoraphobia and it was difficult leaving the house but without any support I miraculously left the house and I now can but when I want to. Just know it's ok to cry, if you can leave the house don't beat yourself up and try again the next day also YOU ARE NOT ALONE as we are all here to support you. Sending you love and hugs ❤

Girl I felt you when you were talking about acne, to this day I get major anxiety anytime I see a cyst forming. Literally to the point where I consider calling in sick to work... but we are working on it!:)
