First it depends on which heroes you have, and how many heroes you have 7stars… after that you can make a wish on the hero you want the most any you’ll have more chances on that hero to appear on the shop
For hall of legends there are many characters you need, not only one team, but you can start with Glacia, Sevanna, Sylphi, Rodan, Garrick, Kong, Vernos, Morfir,
