Eagles are COOL !!!! Love the part where you're setting up camp on the island, pretty great photography, both time-stop, and morning view of river. Wow, what a canoe company, great deal! And who would object to pizza twice in two days? Love watching each episode and I like how the narrative helps us understand all the things you were up against in that long journey.
It's so awesome how you have such a chill relationship with your brothers and you get to do something like this with them. I'm from LA and this is like the coolest thing ever dude. I can't wait till you get down to parts where Huck Finn rafted on, like by Hannibal, Missouri. These videos are legit! Thank you!
You guys are awesome! I am enjoying your video series today. I paddle a Current Designs kayak (also made in Winona by the makers of WeNoNah). In my dealings with Current Designs they have been fantastic. Even sent me a hat when I emailed them to tell them how much I love my kayak. Anyway I'm going to get back to watching your journey, y'all are an inspiration to paddlers everywhere!
Your show is head and shoulders better than anything else i have seen on youtube. You have the quality of a large production. If you ever find yourself up in vancouver doing something. You have a place to stay! :)
I'm loving these videos! Aside from being just a freakin nifty idea, the camera work and editing are both fantastic. I feel like I'm watching something on the Travel Channel! The narration is really good as well! You have Maangchi to thank for me coming and checking these out.
LOVE IT as always! i especially love the part where you got to see how they made the canoe's and the eagle was pretty BA...i have seen them in person as well and i was horrified to watch as they fed them NOT MICE , BUT baby chicks (gag*)
Heck I had a tiny inflatable boat thing, which I add a electric trolling motor to, n was given the same warning... Good thing is a warning, but it's freaken ridiculous. (7' under)
Very embarrassing that tourists don't know how to pronounce Wabasha. The least you could do is ask somebody from town who lives there what the correct pronunciation is before making a video.
That was so cool of Wenonah to help you out like that!
This makes Saturdays worth living...

Great surprise courtesy of Dan! It's too bad you couldn't bring an Eagle with you for the remainder of the trip.
Awesome videos and looks like I will be buying a Wenonah Canoe someday..
We-no-nah is a class act...they helped me on my Current Designs kayak when I paddled through on my way down....had a seat and rudder issue.....
Really cool video! And educational!
That's awesome that those guys helped you out and fixed your canoes and surprised you with pizza!

Man, I loved seeing that Eagle, it's a dream of mine to see one of those babies right infront of me.
really inspired me to do something myself. I think i would struggle to get someone who is also willing to film.
Every pizza on I have seen so far that they have eaten has looked really good.
Awesome! But more footage!!!! :p
So please tell us......who had the best Pizza?
LOL i love how excited you get when you eat pizza :P
They educate the eagles. That's awesome, do they have eagle teachers? Lol.

ahahhah pizzzza party :)
Did you guys eat anything but pizza and beer? lol
It's pronounced Wa-Bau-Shaw, I can see how it would be hard to pronounce it if you're not from here :)
FIRST!
LOL Wabasha is pronounced Wa-ba-sha.
WAAA BAAW SHAW
So I guess there's at least one good thing about Winona.
pizza? what happened to hamburger homies
I suppose you can get away with eating pizza so often when you're paddling 40 miles a day.
Very embarrassing that tourists don't know how to pronounce Wabasha. The least you could do is ask somebody from town who lives there what the correct pronunciation is before making a video.
