At gym in manchester they do 3x6 min rounds 30secs alternating non stop punching, power shots/combos, diggin the body 2x over mixed in with burpees, press ups, tuck jumps, sit ups, star jumps and mountain climbers. They’ll do 15 mins skip before that and after the bag circuit, they’ll do spar/body spar followed by ab work to finish, 1 hr 30-2 hrs solid turns you into a cardio machine
So 4-6 rounds of this is the full workout? How many times/week for someone to increase endurance and to increase odds in the ring? Asking for an overweight newbie.

Haces una round de 3 minutos pero en esos 3 minutos vas hacer 30 segundos de tirando 4 punches ( tambien puedes ir le cambiando y tirar duro por 30 segundos) y luego 30 segundos de haciendo algo que te eleve el corazon como brincando querda o algo asi y quando termines una round completa descanza por un minuto, aver si lo deletre bien.

I would think the amount of rounds you are training for + 1, so if you are training for a 3 round fight, 4 rounds total
What's his HR max? Is it 179?
220 - age = MaxHR. If he's 25, it'll be 195 bpm
