Im from sauga and idk why u gave woodlands so much attention compared to other areas in the GTA. Theres also other areas in sauga like paisley (5&10), Acorn, Havenwood. But I do appreciate this piece of work, portrayed the city and communities in a different way than they're usually seen. Hopefully the next one can include whoever was missed on this one
What this doc taught me is we’re all living the same experience but just in different hoods. We should see each other like distance cousins and show more love! 🙏🏾

I produced on the retour, hope to answer a bunch of these questions and put them into perspective. We wanted to include a lot of the other areas like the Rex and regent etc but you know how the mandem are too many moves where being made schedules never added up, Communication wasn't there and just overall timing. We didn't want the documentary too be excessive in length but more so to be an engaging experience that made viewers want more.. politics never played a role in anything as the documentary had a very neutral outlook in regards to that. Like the name suggests this was simply the "retour" to get you guys re acquainted with what's to come next Theres def more real Toronto left. Big up my guy Mworks

Good concept for a documentary honestly, no hate intended but, the video felt like it was all over the place. Plus there were times where you could hear the camera/audio guy breathing heavy af into the camera lmao. A little bit of professionalism goes a long way, you don't need high-end equipment or a crazy project budget to achieve that. You guys covered good stuff but this could've been executed a lot better. I know everyone's trying and grinding, but when it comes to matters of pop-culture and image, especially when you're dealing with a city that's still developing it's image in the music culture, this kind of stuff really really matters.
Bro there's no proper direction in the video, there's no real interview with the artist so we can properly get to know them, it was confusing most of the time like you cant really understand the artist, there was also so many other toronto/sauga rappers like young tory, syph,big lean, vanuley stacks, hoodlum, mo-g, pressa.
