Explore coffee flavours: a weekly tasting by BlendingRoom

It’s Monday the 30th of September, 2024 and episode 3 of the weekly review of all coffee that is available to purchase online, via our roastery and at Beverley market.
On the table today we have Pantano, El Borbollon, L Bolsa, San Lorenzo, Miwu and Migoti Hill.
This video walks you through a cupping of each coffee with a description of the flavour expectations. There is then a suggestion of which brewing method may best suit the coffee.
I will also take this opportunity to discuss points that may have been raised at Beverley market the previous Saturday, or talk about interesting things that are happening during the week in view.
