This Trail Run in Sydney is Epic!

Running around Manly Dam has to have been one of not only the best trail runs I have done but one of the best runs full stop! It's such a blessing to be able to meet up at a beach, run onto a peaceful trail with a variety of terrain, finish with a dip in the ocean before scranning on some serious nosh all with some of my best mates!
Whilst this crew are serious runners all in their own right, we sat at a steady pace throughout which suited a beginner trail runner like myself. I know I'm going to absolutely froth doing more of this, whether that be in Australia, Europe or anywhere else for that matter!
